Delete Your MJ Points Account
Deleting your MJ Points account will permanently remove your personal information from the platform. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
To delete your MJ Points account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your MJ Points account using the mobile app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Select Preferences from the options listed.
- Scroll down and tap on the Close Account button.
- Confirm your decision to close your account.
Once your request is submitted, your account will be deleted immediately.
If you are unable to delete your account via the app or no longer have access to the app, you can contact our Support Team to process the request manually.
Please Note:
Once your account is deleted, all associated information, including your MJ Points balance, activity history, and transaction records, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Although we will delete your data upon request, some information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or to address any violations of our terms, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
